- Redesigning organization-wide network architecture, including VLANs, firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and physical access control systems
- Segmenting industrial control systems (ICS) from the corporate network to reduce attack surface and align with manufacturing security best practices
- Supporting compliance efforts toward NIST SP 800-171 Rev. 2, in preparation for CMMC Level 2 certification
- Administering the Epicor ERP platform, supporting business operations and resolving user-reported issues
- Resolving day-to-day user support tickets across the organization
IS Infrastructure Intern, Full-time
- Supported SD-WAN cutover planning and deployment, enhancing network reliability across sites
- Delivered cybersecurity awareness presentations and internal communications to cross-functional teams
- Led Tier 1 helpdesk operations, resolving 200+ hardware/software tickets with a 100% satisfaction rate
IT Co-op, Full-time
- Diagrammed the current network, designed the future architecture, and implemented the new network
- Developed and deployed automated workflows to streamline company-wide purchasing requisition approvals
- Created and published a Power BI dashboard with multiple reports, visualizing customer satisfaction survey data
- Managed the helpdesk, resolving 500+ tickets troubleshooting remotely and in-person using various software
- Administered SyteLine, an ERP, troubleshooting issues via SQL and its web interface to resolve user tickets
